I have uplay and steam installed, there's no problem with either. Uplay is actually less bloated than steam.
 
deadly premonition directors cut any good?

It is an absolute mess that needs a few third-party fixes to get it even remotely acceptable. The game itself is totally mad too, but kind of in a good way(the story is totally crackers!). Even with fixes though, the gameplay is awful and I could never recommend it.

If you can get it to work. I've got it but I can't start it off due to some error and there being no fix for it.

Ahh. Oh well no worries i'll give it a miss then thanks for the headsup.
 
Is it worth paying extra for the additional Tom Clancy games? I played and enjoyed Chaos Theory.

I remember playing the Vegas games years ago, I only mentioned it last week to someone as well, and thought they were great as well as the original splinter cell game, I have the blacklist and that's great, just don't know how well the older games would hold up today.
