Interesting :-)

Disney have been re-doing a lot of their 'princess' films into live action lately. A few years ago was Alice in Wonderland, then last year was Sleeping Beauty (named as 'Maleficent'), then Cinderella 2015, and I think they're doing Beauty and the Beast next year!

Interesting how careful they were not to include any speaking parts from the kid in the entire trailer. The kid (the protagonist) is going to be the weakest link of this green screen movie, you want to bet?

Very confusing voice acting. It just sounds dubbed over. I mean that in a talking CGI bear kind of way... :P

Im sure ill end up watching it but its not on my Radar. THe cartoon will always be my jungle book.

I'm looking forward to this. Looks great and the cast is amazing.

My 6yo daughter has also expressed an interest but I'm not sure if it'll be a bit scary for her. However, she does watch Goosebumps on Netflix and also loves animal survival shows, the ones where the lions are ripping the throat out of gazelles, "they're just having dinner" she tells me!

Solid 9 for me easily. This film was astonishingly good, let down by one small niggle but I don't want to ruin it because it's the kind of thing you'd look for if you knew.

The cast was phenomenal. The cgi was on a whole different level. The characters were incredible and the film had a level of detail rarely seen on a screen. The depth was fantastic.

This is one for the big screen folks, honestly.

Before I say what I'm going to say, bear in mind that when I was a nipper, films were very different. A nip slip was an instant 21 and a swear word was an instant 18. And what the hell was a drugs? I also don't have any kids so I don't know how desensitized kids are nowadays but there are a few moments in this films which could be properly scary for a kid. I'm not saying don't go see it, I'm just saying be on your toes. Then again I might be completely wrong. Just some food for thought.
