I think they should be perhaps reduced the ttl a bit more the dns shouldn't really be an issue for more than a couple of hours yet I still saw it around lunch!

DNS propagation shouldn't be an issue at all really.

Yeah it still hasn't updated in the world of Costa free wifi. It is loading noticeably faster though for me.

Another shop forum I used to frequent managed a donation system where for £10/year to the forums got you 5% shop discount, monthly competitions and a chatroom.

Not saying you have to do all that but a subscription for a mobile freindly site would certainly be worthy
