The missus went in to labour at 3am this morning. Took me a while to wake from my slumber to realise. Now just hanging around waiting until it's time to to hospital.

Going to take a walk to the local cafe for a big breakfast and hopefully by then we'll be ready.

Life changes forever now, for the better though. Can't wait to meet it.

Congratulations :DD if a full English breakfast doesn't temptvthe baby to come out, I don't know what will!

good luck, my mrs and I are expecting twins in march, so when you feel tired and stressed with the newborn. Think of me and laugh

Best of luck but this is no reason to grow up, my daughters are the main reason i still havent!

You will need to be more responsible but you now have the perfect reason to buy and play with toys and even a little buddy to play with... just give it a few months, babys are boring ;)

As somebody said earlier it's a chance to play with toys and act young. We're hopefully taking my 2 year old daughter to legoland next year release the inner child.

Kids definitely make you feel mentally young, not old.

But they also make you feel knackered physically.

Welcome to the lack of sleep zone. I bet you can't wait for when it picks up its first bout of being sick out of both ends. Had that earlier this week. Best start to the day cleaning up toddler chunder and mummy chunder (preggers with the second).
