I always thought if its publically accessible, ie not being a locked gate then its technically an extension of the public highway, hence why driving a car as an unisured driver in a car park itld illegal (ie, a learner driver in a parents car)

It would be the Highways England as theyre now called who would manage it, if it was public highway. I'm fairly sure it isn't public highway as there are no formal restrictions anywhere e.g. unofficial if any speed limit signs. Which would mean that the services management company would have to remove it. If it was dangerous /criminal then the police would get involved but an "obstruction" to non highway they don't care about I wouldn't expect!

Its sort of a good introduction to Fleet services northbound which are pretty scabby anyway.

or something similar yea. a lot of times they have specialist remakes but are slightly different which might throw things off. Ive seen a few AC cobras, my neighbour has one and its the loudest car Ive ever heard

but they arent actually the original ac cobra design
