its too cold

We had our first ground frost here last night.

It was a lovely clear and bright sunny morning though, and a bit of leaf sweeping soon warmed me up.

Haven't put the central heating on yet however (we don't count the underfloor!) although my wife has started to complain, so I have a feeling it will be going on any day now!

Love the colder temperatures! Easy to put a jumper on if it's that cold. Not easy to cool down in hot temps though.

I prefer the cold, you can easily wrap up warm and job done. In the heat there is only so many layers of clothing you can take off... unless you live at home alone (or with a gf/bf) then you can walk around naked I guess.

Plus.... underfloor heating f t w !

Thank god for heated seats in the car, within 30 seconds they're lovely and warm.

First time I ever used them was by accidentally pressing the button without realising, driving along and I suddenly came to the worrying conclusion that the intense warmth around my crotch meant I had wet myself.

I'm moving into my own 1 bed flat which is a period property with single glazing...not looking foward to the temp drops that's for sure

I always prefer autumn/winter to spring summer, I like the cold fresh mornings.
