**** The Official Google Nexus 6P Thread ****

Just going to go with this sim cutter:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NANO-SIM-...098254?hash=item51d7fdfece:g:fiUAAOSwuMFUiWZA

Having a look at cases and tempered glass SP's and they all aren't due for about another 1-2 weeks... :(

Use scissors. I've done it a couple of times.

I'll probably **** mine up doing it by scissors :p :o

Just leave enough time get to your mobile phone company high street store incase you mess up :p

Ain't nobody got time for that!!! :p Do 3/vodafone/o2/CPW charge to do it?

£1.99 spigen

Seen a spigen rugged for £2.99, doesn't look bad at all, bit too much bulk though.

Ordered a new G4 today using today's ebay 20% off code (£229 delivered), i will still leave my 6P preorder on and hopefully compare them both and decide to choose one, for me its all about vfm and overall package

£229 G4 vs £499 6P - that is the question :D

Yeah I am having a bit of a hard time justifying this purchase coming from a N5, still a really nice phone imo and I have a n7 2013 tablet, which I use at home for videos/browsing so it isn't like I really "need" the 6p but an even better camera will be nice and the speakers too, that is the only thing I hate about the n5, terrible speaker and poor placement.

Can't remember - just said I'd bought a new phone and it used a nano sim instead of micro and they said no problem we'll get one our to you tomorrow.

I just rang 333. They did say it was free of charge as it was the first time I'd requested a new SIM, implying it might cost if it was the second or third time

You're probably better calling them - generally find three stores to be less than useful!

Thanks, I will try popping into the store first and if not then I'll ring them.

Might just go ahead and buy this anyway

iFixit gave the 5X 7/10 for repairability. Hoping the 6P is just as good. Replacing the battery if needed is going to be neat. Plus who doesn't like taking things apart?

I intend to keep the 6P for longer than any other phone I've owned, so this will be one big factor how long that is.

Don't do what I done and went in the 3 store asked for the Nano Sim they took a £1 from my account to prove I'm the person with that phone number, was about to walk out the door and salesman said your phone signal should switch off in about 2-3 mins......
*ME* " sorry what do you mean? I thought the Nano Sim won't activate until I put it in my new phone which is about three weeks away?"

No sir activation is instant *ME* " oh can I cancel this Sim please"

The look on the assistance face was a treat :D
