A writer's only just been employed to sort out the site's copy. Previously, it was done by in-house staff.

Do the * mean required? If so, you are missing one on the mobile field as it throws an error if you don't complete it yet it has no *

Sorry this is my fault I modified the required fields, forget the form itself would not automatically display this, will fix tomorrow.

Hopefully it will be home or mobile as min requirements. Can't think of a good reason to limit it to mobile only, shy of the DPD delivery texts that is.

Actually mobile or phone, but more people own a mobile than a home phone these days, also you could put gibberish, but then if we need to call you about your order it would have to be an email instead. I need to mark that it is mobile or phone, mobile would be better though so we can integrate the couriers text alerts

2.years you say? So like 6 or so years AFTER the site originally launched? Of course there was less comments, by that time people had got used to the site and most bugs were fixed. Over half of the comments here are people saying they don't like it, not bug reports, the original site had so many flaws it had to be rolled back, fixed then made live again.
