Anyone else had a distinct lack of trick or treaters this year?

Had a few but not as many as last year, just a big bowl of sweets for the kids who knock, no money changes hands.
Our main bonfire display is on tonight, some planks at council decided it was better tonight:confused:

I had 3 or 4, which is not many considering I got the ghost out of the loft and put him out.
It changes colour, can't do much more other than have a neon massive sign.

I thought as it was a Saturday there would be more.

Been quiet for the last few years by me, only had 2 knocks on the door this year and I drove to, Burger King earlier and saw 2 groups of 3 or 4 people on the way.

It's weird, last year I literally had so many the knocker was broken lol. Was hard to find a replacement :(.

Wonder why .

Although last year I did have two incredibly young girls knock on my door who upon offering them sweets asked for money instead as they were trying to pay for their mums cancer treatment abroad. Whilst I see what I assume to be mum hiding by the alleyway. Hence don't do it anymore.

Not many ToT's...however I have never in my life seen so many friends and colleagues doing pumpkin carvings on facebook. I think I saw 3 last year, this year i've counted over 20.

Sacrificing next door's rabbit and placing it on a stake at the end of the drive might be a factor. ;)
