Office 2016 vs 2013

Through work I can get Office 2016 for a tenner.

Worth it...? I don't use it much at home to be honest, but it does get some occasional use. Are there any fancy new features which would make it worthwhile? The amount is tiny, so thought might be worth it just to stay updated, but wonder if it's even worth that much...

Any opinions?

Upgraded my own work PC from 2013 to 2016 and there is next to no differences except the coloured ribbon/window bar.

There are some pretty powerful changes to pivots to be fair in excel.

You can do joins etc which are very useful if you are using large data sets.

I did the upgrade from 2013 to 2016. Not much of a difference but for a tenner cant complain. Better than paying for Office 365 subscription.

For a £10 it's worth it for the "dark" colour scheme alone instead of the previous eye watering bleach white ones.

It's solid, but not better than 2013

Cheers guys. I think i'll hold off for now. I don't think it's time limited so can always re-assess later.
