Serious answer, we spot people who contribute well to the forums, use the RTM function correctly, and clearly uphold the values of the forum and contribute to the community.

This doesn't mean that you have to have a clean record, some of our moderating team have had an infraction or two, or even a suspension or two. If you want to be involved there are many ways of helping to make the forum a better place - we'll spot it.
