I had some in a carbonara I made last week. Very rarely eat it anymore on its own.
I did make deep fried bacon with some left over fried chicken marinade last year though. It was epic. Think KFC, but KFB ;D

Put it with some sliced potato's, bacon sliced, sliced boiled egg, various spices.

Was Delicious

Day before I had a bacon sandwich, 2 slices of Brown bread, thinly spread butter, very thin slices of cooked potato briefly oven cooked, bacon placed on the potato.... Ketchup spread on the top slice of bread.

This morning. Two thick rashers of unsmoked dry cure with 3 poached eggs for breakfast.
