Looked better bare back. A lovely phone ruined.

Try O2 stores as they have the 6P, Z5 and A9 all on promotion with a £50 Google Play Voucher and its on their highlight bay.

Not yet, I will do in a few weeks though. Unless you want to root and/or use custom ROMs there's little point.
If you plan to unlock the bootloader you should do it sooner rather later. As when you unlock the bootloader it will wipe you device.

How do I get the 90 days of Google Play Music. In the phone pack it just said go to Play Music now...when I do that it just offers me 30 days of music. I haven't signed up for it before so it can't be that.

How are people finding the battery life on the Nexus 6p? I have had mine for five days and I am getting about four hours screen on time. I am a bit disappointed with this, on my last mobile which was the note 4 on 5.1.1 I was getting about 6 hours sot so maybe I have been a bit spoilt. I know everyone's usage is different and screen time isn't an exact measure, but it is s good indication of endurance. Apart from that it is a great phone, excellent for media and very smooth.
The battery is not as insane as it should be imo - with 3450mah i thought it would be great
SoT is as you say about 4 hours - screen off time is better though, mostly due to doze. The SD810 isn't a hugely efficient chip, hence why they went with a relatively large battery. I think there could be some decent gains to be had if you wanted to underclock/undervolt the chip to trade in performance for battery life.
