I have friends who are very much UKIP etc and hate muslims etc and they know my hatred of their views on people without justification.

If religion is involved:
End of the day - Islam is a peaceful religion. ISIS/ISIL have ruined it's core. Same as what British people did with Christianity in the crusades etc. Every religion is peaceful but you get nutters in every walk of life. I compare football with religion as you get the same fanaticism from the minority.

Longer than what I was expecting to write but hey-ho... lol

Why?

Causes more chaos for the terrorists to revel in for ordinary people and solves nothing.

France closing its borders temporarily is a token gesture and doesn't help the situation whilst causing chaos for all. The terrorists hardly have backups ready to be bussed into the country and kick things off again tonight.

I've said this before, and still think it's true. Unfortunately there is no Muslim nation, and the Muslim states are more about preserving themselves and their interests than doing what they're supposed to be doing.

but imagine if the football team were singing "kill all non-supporters" as their theme tune.....

most people wouldn't......but it would give some people a direction....

There are like, 3 terrorists who are attacking the west because of their lifestyle back at home, the rest of the thousands are doing it because we won't stop killing muslims or being the cause of killing muslims in middle east, ie, causing governments to tumble.

I have no sympathy for their methods at all, but most of these terrorists are growing up in countries where America and other UN or whatever forces are occupying and killing muslims on a day to day basis for 50 years. Either a few here and there, or thousands at a time during basically illegal wars.

To think that they are doing this because of the lifestyles people lead is ridiculous. It may be a story the Western world wants to push because saying they want to kill us because we've been an occupying/awful force involved in the middle east for decades isn't as nice a story to paint.

If people commit atrocities and say they did it in the name of Islam, then I'm afraid it is an Islamic problem. If other followers of that religion don't agree then that's their problem to sort out, it's not something for anyone not of that religion to explain or excuse.
