There will ALWAYS BE radicals who only care about power and getting rid of -let's call them "heretics"- for good. And while bombs keep dropping on innocent people's homes, recruiting for radicals will only get easier and easier, until the point where the ONLY option of self-defense against radicals will be an all out war, possibly nuclear.
Inquisition, Hitler & co., Spanish conquistadors slaughtering south americans (can't remember who, Incas maybe, I said I hated History). These are examples of radicals from West, and now we're seeing radicals from Middle East doing the exact same thing.

Not really - just apply the correct border controls. Want a job in the UK? Apply for a work visa with the rest of everyone else. Of course, Polish nationals have the right to work in the UK as EU citizens. Why do we need to "import" (for want of a better work) non-EU nationals to fill job openings when there are millions of unemployed Europeans who can work here without needing to go through the bureaucracy of a visa application and have far more compatible cultural values?

what he said was right? normal every day people from all cultures are outraged by the act of a minority group of muslims, including other muslims. the world is smaller now due to travel and technology and thats why we all live in a multicultural society, one day there will be a one world nation, why people let being inclusive of other cultures upset them is beyond me

Problem is ISIS was formed by people with extensive military experience well read in military history (not sure how many are still alive/involved now) sculpted on tactics perfected by the long range desert group and others (who were successful for a reason) meaning they can operate effectively outnumbered, stay mobile and very hard to pin down.
IMO To comprehensively beat them you need the intel to take out the experienced operators at the top of the chain of command combined with surgical special forces operations backed up by solid air support to prevent them becoming overwhelmed if they do run into serious opposition combined with a sizeable regular army to maintain perimeters as required. No amount of aerial bombing alone will ever defeat ISIS.
