Woooooop!! This is it, I really think this is it. I have been waiting for this part of the story since the 1st season. :D
Warning!!! Major spoiler from novel.
I think the walkers are going to come in, there's going to be a huge gun fight, and Carl is going to get shot through the eye. Come on!!!
Please please please AMC don't let us down

Rather they just killed him off. More annoying than Joffrey.

Meh..

So Glenn survives. Seems really cheap how he could just crawl under the bin.

Did see it coming though sadly..

The entire world knew that would happen. Though that leaked footage that was quickly removed would suggest
he meets a horrific end to the hands of Negan with Lucille and the saviours (as per comics) at the end of the series

however, I wouldn't be surprised if they dragged it out or went a different direction. They have enough new series lined up to milk it as much as they want now.

Well Glenn thing worked out as expected in all honesty (e.g. cheap cop out), didn't even bother making the camera work and angles add up, falls one way, end up on the ground another. Wonder if they just added this whole spin to his character to (comic)
remind us he's still actually in the story and "important" so it has more impact when Negan goes to town on him and kills him when he probably gets introduced in a few episodes
Other than that more lazy writing, completely doesn't make sense why that woman's son tries to pull a Mission Impossible zip line Jon Rambo one man army act "to help them". More peaceful kung fu panda malarkey from Morgan which will obviously blow up in everyone's face at some point.

Growing more distant with Rick, I can see what they are trying to do with him by showing this internal struggle of still not accepting the other group but they are not doing it well. Jealous teen boyfriend and Carl story arch seems unnecessary and still find it odd they don't even have a bloody door on their armoury seeing how they've already had incidents.

Even more so I've been finding their very cavalier attitude of being surrounded by thousands of zombies rather uncharacteristic.

"Hey here's this quarry rather far away and we like have to do something about it like right now"

"Oh hey we have thousands of zombies outside our walls which were built by the same imbecile group we don't trust to make us a cup of tea, let's sit back and chill"

darn it i thought he was brown bread

and what the heck was the sudden bit about the bloke trying to climb out on a zip wire? how random

i assume the tower did collapse due to the structural damage from the impact of the truck

why didn't that young girl help glenn before? why do they automatically assume the ballons = glenn? when is coral gonna get his mop cut? is glenns 'wife' ( i don't remember them getting married? ) gonna stick with the southern twang?

Actually not glad i called it ages ago with Glen doing one under the dumpster, lazy writing. Then hold up! a wild window appears? Where the **** was that when they were trying to escape!?

This season started amazing but has fast descended into derp mode again, crazy teen girl gunna crazy, crazy teen boy gunna jealous, Carl gets swallowed by his hair...next week he looks like Thing from Addams Familly!

And Rick is awful now, every time someone talks to him he looks like he's either thinking of killing them or wondering how to cut his toenails with his magnum.

Truck crashed into it and it is being further weakened by so many zombies pressed up against it.

Glad Glenn is back I didn't want to have to wait another episode for him to come back, his return was rather unspectacular though, given the slow pace in the rest of the episode they could have spent a bit more time on that.

i suspect the next episode will be like the first couple, fast and action packed - mid season break - two more episodes of the same ilk - 5 boring pointless episodes - finale with dramatic cliffhanger like is Glenn dead again but to the hands of Negan or does Morgan or Rick save him and escape in order to keep all the characters in the next series.

Keep thinking about all the great episodes in the past like Glenn captured and tied up with a walker thrown in the room or Darryl seeing his brother as a walker or Coral having to kill his mother - all great, emotional TV and now it is just being milked. Fear The Walking Dead has been ruined (all puns intended)

Don't think there was much she could do when he was surrounded by dozens of walkers, they were waiting for a flare, etc. signal from Glenn so would assume the balloons were a signal and most likely from Glenn.

Think part of the point of the original scene of them getting trapped in was the contrast between Rick's group and the others in terms of readiness - Glenn could have gone for the stairs or the window but it would have mean leaving Nicholas behind who wasn't able to react so quickly.

You gotta love Rick!

We shouldn't make too much noise *HAMMER* *HAMMER* *HAMMER* in one location as to not *HAMMER* *HAMMER* attract too many walkers *HAMMER* *HAMMER* *HAMMER* to a single point of the *HAMMER* *HAMMER* barricade *HAMMER*.

Spencer on his zip line climb, lol wut. Assuming he still wrecked on vodka and thought it would be a laugh.

And that kid going to shoot Coral, for what exactly...? Talking to his girlfriend? Seemed a bit OTT. Next ep should be a blood bath until they are inevitably saved by someone still outside the wall.

Glenn survived, but as said the episode where he "died" was poorly filmed/edited/directed. It felt a bit of a copout that he should survive.

I think the rocket launcher will help.

I would like the see the stupidly jealous teenager get ripped apart by the invading zombies as he is just annoying me!

Comic Book Spoiler in the spoiler tags:

Incidentally if Carl gets shot in the eye, surely he'll just die? You eye socket certainly won't stop a bullet from going through your brain and even if Carl somehow survives that, he's going to have pretty bad brain damage.

There is just so much stupidity in this show this season. The aikido master who gets bitten for no reason, the girl last week who was so stupid I'm amazed she survived infancy, the guys geting bitten by an entirely trapped walker, the problems caused by Darryl and the other peole not talking to each other at all last week, Spencer's utter dumbness, Runaway Girl's brainlessness, no-one worrying about the structure of that tower even though it has been noisely falling apart for a while (I thought that might have been what Eugene was freaking out about but apparently not) and Rick's hammering.
I swear, I'm rooting for Team Zombie at this point.

Yea when Glenn 'died' there was walkers all over him, bit of a copout really

What annoyed me was when he hit the floor, walkers didn't see him and just ate Nicholas, but when Glenn crawled under the dumpster, they somehow knew he was under there? And they even saw him fall off into a group of walkers, it's like he was invisible until he was safely under the dumpster.
