Overweight Haters Ltd

Who the **** has enough time to even do anything like this? It has to be some nonse on the dole who still lives with his parents and has no real hope of aspiring to anything in life.

to be fair obesity is a bigger health issue than people playing sport

I'm a bit of a chunky monkey myself and have got through 40 years of life with not a single health issue beyond an upset tummy and a dose of the sniffles.

My football playing, mountain biking mate however is constantly at the doctor and physio and is currently laid up after a knee operation because he's a bloody idiot and had an epic fail while trying to pull a wheelie. He's only mid 30's and his joints are stuffed and has back problems yet he insists on carrying on with his chosen mode of "exercise". Who is costing the health service more money?

Yeah that's what I mean. Being rude only makes people do the complete opposite, and even probably exacerbate their mental issues.
The soft hand doesn't seem to be working, but I my main issue isn't the fat people it's the government wasting money on stuff we don't need, when they should be creating more places or more facilities for people to have fun exercising.
There is nothing to do in this country, but go to restuarants or cinemas. Since it rains so much, people stay and and get fat.

Government doesn't care about the people. Except the run up to election day. When are people going to figure this out?

After all, they closed a gold olympic medalists running track stadium.

They introduced her to athletics by taking her to a 'Start:Track' event at Sheffield's Don Valley Stadium during the 1996 school summer holidays. In later years she joked that her parents took her to the event, because "I think my mum and dad wanted me out of the house!" She won her first athletics prize there – a pair of trainers. More importantly, it was there that she met the man who was to become her coach, Toni Minichiello.

your mate, but so what? - tis completely irrelevant

its like people who point out that their granddad was a smoker right until his 90s... it doesn't mean smoking isn't bad for you, it doesn't highlight anything really - it is just an individual anecdote and totally worthless

Thing is this is one single card handed to one woman.

No reports of anyone else.

I may be cynical but I'm thinking hoax/she made it herself

quite possible, maybe there is CCTV on the train though - if BTP are investigating and she has made it up then maybe we'll hear about it, then again maybe not
