Not interested in Tablets but If I was I wouldn't buy an Android one not at that price...

Missing features like split screen.
 
Looks great but I don't think Android is the right OS for it. Chrome OS with Android apps support would've been nice.

Sort of suggests chrome as an OS is going to be ditched really doesn't it. What does chrome OS do which makes you fell that way?
 
That Ars review doesn't make this sound like a good purchase. Not right now anyway...
Why launch it, when it's not ready to go?

I'm hoping since this hardware is out there now, Google is going to get serious with tablets. Pretty doubtful though.

Edit: Jesus, the web prices are without VAT!? <insert rip off Britain comment>
 
Nope, £479 is not including VAT.
