Fumming with Overclockers!!!

This note has been sent to Overclockers. Just posting on here as i am so gutted and annoyed

Overclockers, i am so annoyed with you people!!!! Really Fuming!!!

I ordered the above order on thursday. Right, didn't arrive friday! Promised delivery on sat. Didnt arrive sat!! On sat i was promised i would get it today, sunday. Not going to arrive today!!!!!!!

WHAT A COMPLETE FARCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so annoyed as i explained the order was part of a build i was doing for my 16 yr old Nephews birthday gift of which his birthday is TODAY!!!! YES!! TODAY!!!

He is now going to be so disappointed because you guys have been absolutely unprofessional in getting the PC case to me!!!

You have had since thursday and i have still not received it because of your incompetence!!

What am i going to tell my nephew later on at his party???? Tell me!!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SPOILING HIS DAY!!!

No. loads in stock. Firstly they could not find it in the warehouse!!! That was the first excuse for no delivery on friday!!

If it was for me, it wouldn't matter so much but as it is for a birthday gift, which we, his uncles have contributed towards and his parents, his 'MAIN' birthday present, it is going to be such a disappointment for him.

That he'll have to wait a bit longer for a birthday gift, and that it isn't the end of the world?

He's 16, I'm sure he'll be able to cope with getting a birthday gift on a day that isn't his birthday...

Some items were ordered a week or so ago but he was trying to make his mind up on a case and as i have a 300 he then decided he wanted a similar case

Who has the parcel? DPD or Overclockers?

So? It doesn't matter that he isn't an adult. I think his level of disappointment will be directly proportional to the level of entitlement he's been brought up to feel.

When I was 16 I managed to cope with receiving birthday gifts that I wasn't explicitly entitled to on days after my birthday without having a disappointment fueled breakdown...

I wouldn't normally start a rant thread but i am just so annoyed that they have not kept their promises from the start of the order. Yes. problems happen. But it is such a disappointment and i really dont know how to tell him!

His parent know by now and they are gutted too. We all are.

I just thought that Overclockers wouldn't have let me down. I feel let down!

I would post in the appropriate Customer Service forums if you can't hold of OcUK on the phone.

As others have said, he's old enough to cope with this very minor let down.
