get in contact with ocuk today before 16:00

besides the forums ( customer section ) which no one has looked at yet, the phone keeps telling me they are closed today and webnote can take upto 24 hours...

how can I get in contact with ocuk suport today before 16:00? ( preferred phone )

yes I paid for sunday delivery and ordered on friday after 15:00 ... and dpd themselves confirmed it with me on the phone earlier today...

Oh, well you will just have to wait till tomorrow to speak to someone. I would have thought they should refund what you paid for Sunday delivery though if they haven't even given it to dpd yet.
 
Have you checked your email - including spam - to see if there's anything from OCUK?

dpd sent me an e-mail this morning with this message

Your OVERCLOCKERS parcel has been delayed

We were expecting to deliver a parcel to you today; however, we have not yet received this parcel from OVERCLOCKERS. As soon as we get your parcel, we will send you an email with your new delivery details. Until then, please contact the sender for more information.

and I spoke to them over the phone about it aswell and ocuk confirmed with me yesterday with consignment number they shipped it and no nothing in my spam
 
Sounds like OP has ordered with Monday delivery then paid DPD the extra for it to arrive on Sunday. Not really OcUK's fault if that's the case.

ordered it on the Friday 18th December 2015 at 20:11 and selected sunday delivery option and dpd this morning confirmed it has sunday option
 
Is OP calling the right number (ie not the business number which may not have the answerphone message on it)?

It could still be the couriers fault... ocuk don't send it to the courier, the courier collects it. So it sounds like the courier hasn't done that yet. Either way OP should expect a refund on the subday delivery charge.

01782 4444 55 and yes courier does collect not send

Have you tacked parcel? What does DPD say where parcel is?
