Do you really need an optical drive? Consider an external USB one instead.

Do you need a monitor? If not, what is the resolution of your current monitor?

Consider getting a bigger SSD and ditching the HDD entirely.

The Corsair CS series PSUs are manufactured by China Great Wall Computer Group Co. Ltd. You should go for a quality device from Seasonic or similar, and you only need a 450W PSU unless you're going to put a second GPU in.

Do you really need an ATX system? Might an ITX system be more suitable?

But it will be wholly legitimate. Unlike a lot of key resellers, who sell the same key to multiple people or sell pirated keys. They'll be cheap for a reason
