Does anyone else's mouse hand go really cold after a while?

Mine gets really cold after a couple of hours constant use and I am intrigued as to why this happens and is there any way to relieve it.

Take regular breaks, use something like a stress ball or something to exercise it now and then. Do it now before it turns into RSI/Carpal Tunnel

What's changed? Warmer room, simple as that (2nd floor instead of ground floor).

This is the reason. I had it too.

I used to sit down at a desk pretty much all day either at my last job or when home at my PC.

Last year I made a concious effort to move around and change position more. Problem went away.

Biggest change was switching to a standing/sitting PC area at home with a worktop + desk setup next to one another. Giving me the choice of sitting or standing at the computer.

Takes a bit of getting used to. After awhile you find yourself alternating between the two naturally depending on what you're doing. Typing this reply standing up now

mine is because if i have the window open the curtain directs the cold air striaght down to my hand.

lol. I got this in my WoW days, raiding for hours in the end I needed to sit higher. So my arm was higher then my hand.

i used to get it coz my forearms got cold..now i ahve a xxl ocuk matt and dont get it anymore
