Hows everyone's Jan diet going? :p

Exercise takes a lot more willpower than cutting out food, I find :p Psyching myself up to go for a run is practically impossible, mainly because I find it so dull.

What does this mean?

I'm the complete opposite, food is amazing and is impossible to cut down on. Exercise is fun and I would gladly do it all day. Plus the more I exercise the more I can eat, thus I'm getting to tuck into 3000 calories a day right now. Yum

Thanks for clarifying that. So how do you get by on 600 calories, what do you eat, and do you find you ever feel weak or lethargic on the fasting days?

Breakfast: 2x wheatabix with semi skimmed milk: ~200 calories
Lunch: 2x raw carrot: ~100 calories
Dinner: 2x hardboiled eggs or a bowl of soup: ~300 calories

Fast days are normally Monday and Thursday. Never feel weak or lethargic, fasting at work is quite easy, the hunger pains get you a bit in the evening but if you break then you've wasted the fasting you've done for most of the day.

Doing well, no a diet as such - I have just changed my eating habbits to healthier alternatives.

Exercise is going well, bar my current back injury. The main drama I have is sitting in the office for 7 hours a day. I have taken to putting a box on my desk and placing my KB&M on top so that I can stand up for most of the working day. It's harder on my feet at the moment but much nicer, also my posture when sitting is terrible.

Down .5st but that will be water weight. Haven't checked since the first week as I don't want scales to run my life, will check once a month.

*drools uncontrollably at the thought of having 2 carrots for lunch* :p

I went to work on the 4th with good intentions, had an irritating morning and was eating a Greggs by midday :p sod dieting, I'm married now anyway :p

Kudos, I honestly couldn't get by on that, even if it was just for two days a week.

Good luck hitting your target weight. :)

I don't have a diet I have a lifestyle. ;)

However my routine is back on track, 3500 cals of good quality nutrition, lots of exercise, and decent sleep. All I need.

2 hard boiled eggs is no where near 300 calories... They are about 150.

You're right, forgot to mention I have a slice of toast with them. I know bread isn't supposed to be very good for you but I do find myself craving it on fast days so I figure it must have something my body needs.
