I am not entirely sure changing the justice system to work on what most people think rather than evidence is all that good an idea...:D
 
McCanns still hanging in there despite the overwhelming odds against Madeleine's survival:

Such a huge wastye of money, she was more than likely killed and dumped when the news story about her first got so large.
 
What amuses me is the number of people who believe the McCanns are the greatest criminal masterminds in the history of mankind.

They are trash parents either way you look at it....

£10million+ on this. I have no idea how they did it to be honest, given the lack of attention other cases get of a similar nature that didnt involve the parents being completely self centered.

I didn't claim that anyone was saying it, but it is the logical conclusion of any theory based on the idea that the McCanns murdered their own daughter.

Some of the conspiracy nutters even realise this, which is why they've found it necessary to speculate about assistance provided to the McCanns by mysterious 'vested interests', 'higher powers', 'dark and dangerous people' (e.g. Freemasons, political elite, paedophile link involving Gordon Brown's brother, etc.)

Because it's the only way to plug the gaps in what is already an astonishingly lunatic idea.
 
McCanns never did themselves many favours by the way they've acted throughout it all but I don't believe for one second they're covering up murdering their own daughter, it's a little outrageous in this day and age to believe they would get away with that, especially when you consider the amount of time, money and effort put into this case over other similar cases.
 
I think some people might think they gave her too much drug, she died, the couldn't resus her, then they (or one of them) carried her body a short distance away, dumped her ( seas or elsewhere) body swept away.
No evidence of anything, then reported her missing.

I don't think there is any mastermindful event required in this situation.
As for the CT events that are being reported, they sound bizarre and extreme as you suggest.

10M spent, another 2M to be spent, or in the process of being spent, one would hope for result in this, or the braking of a massive network of things going on.
It might have been a simple robbery went wrong, and whoever was thinking of robbing the place found dead girl, or hit little girl, and dumped her body elsewhere.

Only the perpetrator will know.
