I never used it much. Plus the very seperate groups of people i socialise with would mean id either need more than one account or have aome very weird conversations.
So its easier just not to have one
My FB is mostly cars, RC cars and the odd comment on F1.
However, FB has become a useful way of gauging how my GF feels about me. She's always posted these pictures, you know the ones with messages along the lines of either 'You mean the world to me bla bla' or 'You're a ******* bla bla'
Helps gauge the reception I'll get when we meet up.

facebook is a very very useful tool for me, 99.9% of my sponsors are on there and can see what builds I am doing and which events I am at from a single check (as well as everyone else they sponsor) We can organise events easily with media partners and we can promote things to a target audience easily.
Like it or not, FB is more powerful than forums now, 10 times over.

Why? What do you need to hide from one group to the next?

So one person can post something to my wall and specific other people cant see it or the comments?
I think it does, however those options/settings are easier to use when using it via the Desktop interface. I think you can also use them whilst on a mobile or tablet, but they might need setting up via the Desktop interface.
Once done, just make sure you know which settings you're posting with to avoid those real awkward moments and panic deletions
