Croatia, Montenegro, Portugal, Malta.
Has anyone been to Montenegro recently, I would love to one day go back, I went with family when I was about 7, a year or two before the break up of Yugoslavia.
From what I can remember it was great!, I can't remember what coastal resort I went to and I think there is about 3 main resorts on the coast.
Budva, Becici, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac?
yeah thats them, but I can't remember which one, I will have to ask.
We has some great holidays in that part of the world.
Benidorm
Its cheaper than Amalfi coast, we last paid about £700 each for 14 nights. No add on extra costs like Amalfi either.
Never needed a car, loads of buses to get everywhere and taxis that will always pick you up at set times and not want paying until your dropped back off at the hotel.
Cheap to eat and drink as well. My all time fave place.
Gozo

Israel does not exist, it is actually Palestine
I'm looking for some inspiration for something a little different in terms of holiday destination. I'm sick of going to Spain and even though we stay in nice resorts and hotels you still end up in close proximity to Irish themed bars, sports bars, and microwaved meals in restaurants.
We've been to the following in recent years:
Tenerife
Gran caneria
Mallorca
Anyway enough moaning, can people suggest beach locations with some class and culture with nice hotels and good for young kids?
I'm thinking either Portugal, montenegro, Croatia or cape Verde would be nice, anyone been to these locations? Any recommended resorts?
You've basically listed the top 3 chav beach destinations, so anywhere else.
