Hey

Looking to make a PC for a friend to use in his house. All he needs is the computer with windows 10. Its going to be used for word and internet searching. 1866MHz RAM on the off-chance that the motherboard will allow that frequency, as it costs the same as 1600MHz. Probably not but no issues with running it at 1600 if needed.

Windows 10 DVd and the DVD re-writer can be swapped for Windows 10 USB if preferred.

Note that with AM1, an SSD and DVD re-writer, all SATA headers (2) on the board would be used up. That case doesn't hold many drives anyway, though. If he may add another storage drive in the future, then don't get the DVD re-writer, use an external instead if needed.

Might as well for the price difference between 120GB and 240GB. It's only about £20.

Well then a 240GB SSD should suit him down to the ground. He can always expand with a HDD media drive later if the need arises.
