Hi.

I have 4x140 fans and a quad rad.

Just wondering what combo would work best?

A, all 4 push one side
B, all 4 pull one side
C, 2 push well 2 pull on both sides.

The rad is outside the case, mounted on the back.

All 4 pull so it's easier to clean the dust.

Push vs pull will depend on the fan, and it's going to be very very marginal.

Push pull is a waste of time and Phanteks XP aren't great for static pressure you want the MP series

Great fans I had two on my H110 in pull and they did a fantastic job

Easy to clean the rad with a setup like that too

Wow thought this was simple but there is a real mix of opinion. I hope the XP's arnt too disimilar to the MPs. As I have the latter but not the former.

High SP fans, whatever you do.
Based on a load of tests done by Linus and all the online YouTube type people, Push-Pull is usually a bit better than just Push or Pull, but depending on your fans, the difference may not be enough to bother with anyway... and it's usually noisier.

How tight up against the rad, with minimal/no gaps will guide you between Push or Pull.
If there's nothing between the two, Pull will trap a lot less dust between fan and rad.

800 RPM is slowest. I figured that would be pretty quiet.
It's fairly quiet. What will make noise is airflow through the rads and any grills, meshes, etc.
All my 120s usually sit around 850rpm and even collectively they're still pretty quiet. It's subjective, obviously, but I don't read anything above 24dB.

Yes that will be pretty quiet. And from a quality fan it will be quieter than a less pricey fan I would imagine. Atleast you don't have the beige and brown ones.
