The Division. Are we interested?

finally caved in, bought and downloaded. Only manged 20 mins play and loaded again and the servers are offline!

So I can't even get into the game!? I'm only wanting to mess with graphics setttings first to test my system and get it optimal. I can't even do that. This is pathetic, modern gaming is ****ing ****. Why is there no offline mode?

What's everyone's favourite main mission so far? I've loved the Cleaners missions, especially the headquarters and killing the main bad guy, Joe Ferro. Also the Police Academy mission is good. The Powe Station is my favourite so far I think. So many levels, ladders and ramps it's easy to get flanked. And to flank them too. A shame I'm working today as two days off have got me to 20. Think I'm going to be a bit behind. Might have to 'do a Nexus' and ride on someone's coat tails. Probably Nexus's!

Maybe in about 5-6 years we will see them for that price :p

I am just waiting for a 34" 1440 free/g sync to drop under £700 but ideally <£600

+1, really enjoying playing with you and squeeze against higher levels on hard, a lot more challenging and rewarding. Think, the police academy my fav so far.

haha, I think squeeze is the one that we will all be piggybacking on :D :p
 
Ubisoft should have made the companion app they were working on. It would have been fun to fiddle with when your not at home. loadouts, skills, talents, venders, crafting

If you start a mission with a high level ally, the NPC enemies are high level and you'll get killed easily.

The "cheat" is to start the mission as a solo then, once its started, the other high level members join your squad. This way, the NPCs are all on your level as the server matched them to you.

You cant use the uplay group invite to bring people into your session and then can start games from there.

There is a rank 1-5dz? The first one I ser is 15-20 I think although it may be relative to your starting rank when you go in?

Spent all afternoon playing. On 75% for the story and rank 10 in dz solo. :)

I did the last mission however with other people and it was good fun.

No.

The dark zones are open to any ranks however the whole zone is then split into multiple occurrences of the same playing area but with certain levels grouped together (almost like a multi-verse scenario). This is why you will see people in your group on the map but you wont see them in the game itself even if you are literally standing next to them on the map. You will see "DZ Mismatch" beside their name in the HUD

This means that, as you rank up, you will eventually be able to open those crates.

did you guys get the code from a game shop or from steam itself and have anyone got the xbone version for the free windows code?

i couldve brought this instead of psp games ha, but i just dont like the fact its a code and so im wondering whats peoples experiences have been from this?

now i got my 270x i want to put it to the division test and the fact i didnt get an hour with the beta, but i want to make sure its worth it like.

I bought the PC code from a key site.

I'm unsure what you mean by experiences as long as you choose a trusted key site you shouldn't have issues. I've never had a bad key.

Not sure why you don't like that it's a code. Every game you buy online is a code.
 
I got mine from gamesplanet key site, worked out great tho i would have liked it for £27 or less but it looks like 29.99 is about the cheapest u can get now. Im enjoying it, did a few side missions, did one hard mission with randoms with me being level 2 or 3 or somit which took ages to kill all them purple guys. Up to level 4 now. Got some green gear from pickups, not bought anything yet just deconstructing stuff that i grow out of.

Not sure how to add friends yet to play with em. Do u need to add them to uplay friend list or is there a separate game only one like u normally do ingame? As couldnt find a search player function.

I got that but thats cause i was trying to stop my anti virus while the i started the game hence the black screen and cursor problem. Dont multitask when starting the game.

Add in uplay, then they show up in game when you go to the pause menu then session info. You can then invite from there. :)
