I think people are reading waaaaaaay too much into things.

Negan will be the boss man in charge of these people, they probably all identify as Negan to unknowns for the spook factor and keeping the identity of the leader to unknowns, well, unknown.

I don't think the Hilltop people would have not told them, oh by the way they are all Negan.

it isn't really overthinking to point out there isn't a contradiction between what the red haired woman said and what they guy said at the end, it is just pointing out a simple fact that if they're all negen then he is correct in stating he is negen

they probably do have a leader which is why I think it was silly for Carol not to have immediately said something to Rick and/or for Rick to have shot that guy right away without questioning him

Enjoyable episode, I do like the focus on Carol. (Melissa McBride) While Rick has lost huge chunks of his humanity in the efforts to survive, Carol as a character has developed into a somewhat tortured split personality, flipping between full-on ninja killer, yet still somehow longing for it to all go away. I think she was disturbed by having to kill the "Savior/Paula" as I think she could see she had taken the same path as herself.

Also interesting as up to yet we have always had no doubt as to whether Rick's group were the good-guys. In this episode they are the ones who became the merciless killers. The second half of the series has been way better than the first half.

Kind of an odd episode last night, Eugene's "tactical move" was pretty funny but the death of Denise was sort of muted considering she's meant to be the reason Carl is still alive, seemed weird not having Rick appear when they get back to home base to have something to say about it. Or are they just becoming numb to the deaths?

Dayum, knew something would go down when Darryl decided to go back via the tracks but wasn't expecting that :O

Could people stop openly mentioning the comic books openly please. Just hinting at stuff that is going to happen has basically dropped in a spoiler.

people talking about 'casting spoilers' in the middle of a discussion re: whether Negen is a character or a group and then an 'ultimate comic book moment' for the last episode is quite clearly just revealing that Negen is a character and he's going to do something major in the last episode

Who was the burned face guy again? Was he one of the guys Darryl met in the woods that nicked his bike etc?
