I am after another gfx card and looking upon the bay I am shocked to find the asking price for second hand gfx cards!

I am after a asus 980 strix oc and got one for xmas for £400 new and the prices I am seeing people are wanting are £350 plus for second hand, seriously wtf:eek:

They are roughly £400-£420 new might as well buy new as no second hand ones at fair prices.

The problem is that bidders get carried away on eBay and pay too much, potential sellers see the silly prices people pay and then up their prices.

The trouble is with ebay, is you have to remember about 14% is going to be gone after ebay and paypal fees and many private sellers factor that in to the used price.

You are clearly too used to the gypsies in the Member's Market who never want to pay the right amount for anything. The real world doesn't work like that - suck it up :p

I sold a TP-Link Powerline kit for near retail price on there. The new kit was only £20! I'm pretty sure some just get caught up in the excitement of the final minutes.

Since when was it greedy to sell something you own for a price that's acceptable to you????????????
