My load out now, changed a few things on my MP5 for attachments so DPS is lower overall but more crit chance + damage now.

Yes you can. You've just had a piece of armor roll with +armor as one of its 3 main attributes. Its a random roll every time you craft and high ends can roll with it too. Furthermore, because its a high end, it can roll with even higher values. 1200 + armor is possible from high ends if that's what you want.

Wow, very good.

Our DZ run last night wasn't too bad tbh, a lot of crates were unopened and the bosses were about. But there were also a good amount of rogues who ended up catching us at an extraction but we still got everything out in the end :)

very well worth PC,im using only MP5 atm,have kinda good roll,would roll more,sadly NRG fairy not on my side and im have 0 gold DT :(

To be the best of the best!

Just because you are pve rank 30 the game hasn't finished. Better gear is needed to enable you to be an effective player in challenge mode missions and upcoming Incursions and DZ Supply drop game mode.

If you are not spec'd up then you'll only be a detriment to yourself and the team and you will not reap the rewards of HE gear sets, phoenix credits, division tech, HE loot. All which everyone will sooner or later fighting for. Survival of the fittest and all that. :p

Also further down the line there will be additional DZ levels or a higher tier DZ so rank up as you will see the benefits later.
 
Crafted a decent gold vector on my 3rd try yesterday, probably a waste of mats but screw it, needed a starting yellow weapon. Got a yellow black market AK74 from DZ06 too, recoil of dreams :eek:
 
Ok guys, I've hit 30 now and have half-decent weapons and stats and am gonna start exploring the DZ to get my rank/tech upto scratch. If I'm killed my a Rogue what can they take from me? Just so I know what to stash etc

Nothing, you will only lose what you find by looting inside the DZ. As well as your DZ credits and any DZ keys that you have.

Rest of your stuff will be fine :)

They can only take what you got in DZ - weapons,gear,XP,DZ creds and little bit of pride ;)
The gear you have in your base and on you when entering DZ stays with you no matter what

everytime you craft an item its stats are randomly calculated

one of the reasons everybody dislikes the division tech idea is because they are constantly crafting the same thing again and again, trying to get that perfect roll.

On the vector, look out for the talents. The ones to go for depend upon your build. Some people go for a crit heal build, others go for a low DPS support role and want talents that make their skills come up quicker. Others just want to be DPS and just want talents that make their guns do more damage.

Brutal, Deadly, Fierce, Accurate are top tier if you're going for a DPS build. This infographic nicely explains what all the talents are and which are useful to each type of character build.

Also, the % crit chance and the weapon damage will all be different every time you craft it. Craft another and you may get a much better roll with much higher damage numbers. Although bear in mind as already posted that damage is influenced by your firearms skill so unless you have identical firearms, you can't compare guns with each other.
 
Hit level 30 in the DZ just now, so going to go back to running challenging missions for a few hours.

This happened yesterday, but when I did the matchmaking and then got teleported to the mission start - the mission wouldn't actually start? Is there anyway around that as we tried changing group leader, teleporting to another part of the map and back etc to no avail

Edit: Radeon - I still called you Rad anyway, its what im used too lol
 
server messed up for anyone since fake shutdown message - randomly getting missions/world freezing then it recovers or nothing responds (ie can shoot things but they dont move/die)

My Vector takes down 32s quick as and stable constant headshots. My gold MP5 is shocking in comparison :(
