Well after getting nothing but black screens the first two times I try to play the game for the first time, the third time was successful. Hopefully don't have to watch the entire length of the intro everytime game starts as I couldn't seem to skip it.

Bit vague as I know it will depend on specs but what graphic settings do people use? There's so much choice and other than resolution and textures, AA settings, lens flare off etc I've no idea what to have on or off.

If you're on an nvidia card, their own guide gives you a good idea of what settings to use and how they impact framerate.

Re-rolled the protection from elites to a gear mod slot and it has worked out nicely I reckon, got some epic yellow firearm mods to make up for the loss and overall, I hit harder and have more health + armour although I think I may sacrifice some more firearms + stamina to get my skill/elec. up.

Video doesn't work :p

No one can resist Django, well except Josh.... ;)

Here is the video, posting the full url never works on this site for some reason, only the last few numbers/letters work such as posting this from the youtube url in the youtube quotes 5q36b-jLick

I certainly won the lottery then, got my perfect gold vector with all three talents I wanted :D

Something needs to be done though about the talents, let the game randomly pick them, and if your not happy pay pheonix credits to be able to change all three talents each to the ones you want. But this should only be allowed to be done once.

Something expensive like 100 phoenix credits per talent.

So went for the MP5-N blueprint from DZ06.

Managed to roll a nice gun with "Self Preserved", "Deadly" and "Responsive" talents on my first roll :D

Coupled it with a nice extended mag giving me 60 rounds. I also have the "one is none" talent and the magazine feels like it lasts forever :D :D... Together with a 33.25% Crit chance, 143% Crit Damage and 66% headshot damage makes this a nice gun :D. Managed to kill 4 rouges with it today

That's not good :( I spent 2/3 hours in the dz yesterday and I didn't see any.

Had a team of rogues hunting us, then it turned into a manhunt and the whole dz ended up chasing them lol about 10 people following this group of rogues :)

Unfortunately, in our efforts to kill them, me and rad accidently went rogue, one other agent shouted on the mic "don't kill them, it was an accident" followed by a stream of "no problem", "easily done", then pop pop pop - I'm down. One final voice "sorry I'm too trigger happy, when you go red, you're dead" haha!!!

My heart skipped a beat when it flashed saying we had gone rogue lol so epic.

Those rouges were a pain in the ass, but seeing all those people running up the street after them was hilarious.

I had that rouge by the wall cornered with low health and I opened my vector hoping to get him but someone stepped in front and got hit, made me go rouge for 20 secs. Not a good idea with 10+ others next to me, surprisingly they left me alone once he shouted an accident :D

Nice server that was last night, good fun :)

Will be jumping on again shortly, now that my gun talents don't require such a high firearm number I may give some points the the skill talent as that is a little too low.

I had the same issue last night, loading the game the first two times I got black screen but could hear the music, had a mouse curser and everything so just pressed esc and space bar to exit, second time thing and third time it loaded correctly (I have a 390).

is there a fix for this?

edit.....just realised people press alt+enter to fix the issue of the black screen when loading as puts the game in windowed mode

Got a black screen of death when playing, had to close the process down now I'm waiting 10 mins in a que to get back in.

Finally finished running around and picked all the collectables up, the jackets aren't that great tbh but the pink one nearly matches my guns :)

Yeah the Alt + enter fixed it for me too. It's 50/50 for me if the game plays fullscreen on start (and I get black screen) or I have to do window mode trick.

Found a guide and tried to set graphics accordingly based on my 970 but think I still need to tweak more as was only getting 40-45fps and that was just me walking around right at the start of the game. Looking for a smooth 1080p 60fps setup really as I'll probably get half that once I get into some actions scenes.

Nice gun. But you know One is None only procs (50%) on a killing headshot right? Not every single headshot. The firing range counts every shot as a kill, that's why it procs there - it doesn't work on npcs like that :p

You sure about that? I'll double check but the talent states its every headshot, not just killed by headshot.

Surely I can't be the only person who thinks the DZ sucks balls?

All the chests are empty, servers are mostly empty, all the drops I get are for gear that's worse than what I already have, NPC's go down far too easily, DZ levelling up becomes monotonous after level 18 (I'd say). Might be because I've solo'd the whole game (not including dailies) including the DZ.

Feels like I'm finished with the game for now until the DLC hits, unfortunately. :(

Erm no you're wrong, it procs 50% of the time regardless of if you get a kill or not, don't believe me? Go try it your self :)

Did Ubisoft really downgrade a game for no reason yet again? Why are they being allowed to get away with false advertising... This is like advertising a Ferrari F430 only to turn around and stick a Prius engine in it on release and forget to paint it.

Ubisoft games never look as good as their demos unfortunately. Not to mention gigantic parts of the map missing from this video and as well as extracting without going to extraction points (11:10 onwards)

Shame it doesn't look as good as this video but it's not too far off on the PC when all the settings are maxed out. I am really enjoying this game still, having the rest of New York though would be amazing, even as a paid DLC.

Love this trailer though.

I stand corrected. I know we tested it on release because the talent sounds stupidly OP, but it didn't work - so we surmised it proc'd on killing blows as with the Prosperous talent (credits for headshots). My bad then - guess I'm changing my talents.

How would the game run, even on high end cards, if it had looked like the demos? I'm sure people would be moaning about poor performance. Ubisoft don't stand a chance with people except for the fact we still buy their games.
