Any one been gaming in 4K with one TX?
I have a T-X hybrid and 32 inch BenQ IPS monitor..

What do you guys do with games like witcher 3 and the like just lower settings or play in 1440p with AA on? I think scaling can be bad..

also just sold my Asus T-X on ebay for £800 as it was in SLI but not getting much use really as not playing man AA games and summer is hear so the heat also dose not help with noise

some games are just not playable in 4k @60fps, no matter what GPU you get, unless you go sli/crossfire and hope the game got correct support for multi gpu setup.
so just wait for 2017 for Vega and new Titan, for now medium setting and enjoy the 40ish fps :D
 
Downscaling is bad yeah. 1440p will look far worse on a 4K monitor than 1440 native. A single TX may get you 60 frames with lowered settings.
 
4k with a single titan x is fine but you must also have a gsync monitor, recently played tomb raider on max settings bar AA and fps were between 30-60 which was fine with gsync.
 
Yeah been messing with SOM Witcher 3 and ROTTR.

It can be done im happy in the 50s just have to take stuff off like bloom, AA,

Yeah but they take 10% so 720 for me..
Yeah ive not lost that much its like renting it for £20 a month so not lost much and they have stopped making them i think as there is no stock in the UK for this card

Maybe i just keep one card untill 2017 big pascal..

as i think everyone is now waiting for the next card..

Do wish i bought just one T-X and a Big 1440p monitor

I used to game at 4K with a 780 Ti at qualities ranging from medium to ultra. Enabling Hairworks on TW3 will cripple even SLI TXs.

I'll be skipping this year's video cards. I'll probably go for a combination monitor + GPU upgrade next year or the year after.
 
I used to use my TX for gaming in 4k, as said above a g-sync monitor is needed, in fact I wouldn't have attempted it without one makes everything so much smoother 35fps+. You have to like gaming at 35/45fps in most games at 60hz though.

Yeah i had it on there for £850 as i was not in a rush to sell it then someone put theirs on for £800 so i dropped mine to £800.
It sold 800+10 postage i did get offers for 600-650-740
but i stuck to my guns as i did not care if i sold it or not i was going to keep it.. But i have a 350D case and 2 cards and summer is not great and i was not using it as ive been playing games like warthunder :/ lol

I think the Asus Cards sell for the most other brands are less on there people seem to love Asus.. My top card is a EVGA with hybrid cooler..

Yeah Just no AA and things like hair works off it can be done i think..
Benn testing had SOM and WItcher 3 in the 50s with most things on max

Yeah there is a 32inch IPS 4K G-sync out but i think i will keep my Ben Q IPS untill next year would like a nice 4K OLED TV and big Pascal i think i can hold out that long now

I might put mine up and just test the waters. Although I love them dearly it would be nice to be able to recoup nearly what I paid after fees. Mine are both EVGA super clocks with back plates and led hybrid coolers. I wonder what I could get for them. I'm not doing much gaming at the moment and maybe I could get something small for a while until big Pascal

I would keep one if you are going to sell as we have about 10 months for a new Titan then i think the Titan X will still be worth a lot as Titans hold there money well. people will be looking for cards to use in SLI..
there are new Evga SC on there for £994.99 not hybrid but none preowned of any brand.. How much did you pay on yours?
Them LED coolers are nice i just got a plain black one miss the green Geforce but hybrids are mega cool and quite..

I think I paid £889 then the coolers were £85 and the Back plate's were £15 I think (all each)

I think fees was about 10% on ebay and £18 on paypal..
so about a 100 bit of a rip off like..

Owell im happy with one card do feel like its going to waste now
as im not doing much gaming and when i do its not AAA games

Ebay is a scammers paradise bud. I sincerely hope your transaction goes through ok, and in all likelihood it will be fine, but from a sellers POV, you have very little protection if the person buying does in fact turn out to be a scammer.

For example, regardless of the fact something is sent with a signed for proof of delivery. The buyer can simply contact ebay, claim to have received a brick in a box and almost certainly will have their money refunded. As a result you would be without your card and also without any money!
