Caught on CCTV: Moment woman attacks member of the public

Tefal you're making **** up as well lol....

Nice to see the 2nd video did confirm my initial thoughts that indeed the driver was indeed scum and attacked first. 2nd video clearly shows him having a pop at the elderly gentleman.

Is there a reward out yet for catching this lowlife scumbag?

I watched the second video. I can't see the driver attack him at all. What do you think you can see?

What a scumbag for hitting a woman, but what on earth was she thinking throwing the first punch, what an idiot she is.

Agreed she swung at him first, still not right hitting a woman.

I really dislike this view. Women shouldn't be able to attack a man because there is no fear that they will be hit back.

Whether you think I am wrong for this or not I don't really care, if a woman was attacking me I would have no problem retaliating.

I have seen enough women that are drunk enough to gouge a mans eyes out, kick them in the balls hard enough to put the man in hospital for almost a year and smash a very heavy glass ash tray over a blokes head and cause them brain damage to know that if a woman is going to try and seriously do harm to me then I would have no problem fighting back with the intention to subdue her.

In the video which shows the front of the car and the altercation between the driver and the elderly gentleman. You can clearly see the driver hit the elderly gentleman on the forehead which leads to the elderly gentleman grabbing the driver.

Lol, clear self defense tbh.

She deserved it for taking a swing at him. I love how it's down as "thug" and "multiple sclerosis woman". Not even remotely relevant. Oh Daily Mail :o:D

Hardly, he points at him.

He hits him on the head with his finger. Yes actual physical contact. Doesn't matter if it was only a touch...assault is still assault. Time index 1.26

It clears up the issue of who initiated the physical violence.

:p

Maybe someone could clear it up for me.

Would the woman count as a second assault? Surely that wouldn't be self defense or defense of a third party?

Defense of what? He was getting into his car and was backed away from the other guy.

It was nothing more than an attempt at a sucker punch which went badly wrong for her.

See thats what I think but was wondering whether it would be the same in law.

As far as I know thats a new assault.

He doesn't though, the guy points at him and whilst clearly giving him abuse, it's the old guy that then gets physical at which point the young guy flicks his glasses off and walks away.

What the **** are you on about??? Nobody has ever denied she tried to hit him you massive Do not Insult another member

Try to read comments properly before you post, or at least get your carer to read them for you.

And for ****'s sake watch the alternate angle footage before replying.

Wow, just wow...

Right there just proves my point. Think you should leave now. ;)

I've watched the alternative video angle, it shows no different to the angle I've posted... It shows the woman trying to hit the man. It's just that simple... What can you not comprehend?

Trying to pass it off as a 'swipe' is jut laughable when it was clearly a missed punched to the face, she had no reason to even hit him... She was ragging him around and he didn't even retaliate, until she tried hitting him.

Less of the insults as well, try to have a mature discussion, eh?

There is no way you can tell for sure that he touched him. The quality of the CCTV is too poor.

Can't tell for sure but looked to me he just pointed at him and the old man overreacted. The old man was the more aggressive of the two.

LOL

"and how do you justify retaliating and punching this man in the face?"

"well your honour, he assaulted me with a finger. Self defense innit? "
