They may have caved in and given us the remake we all asked for and we can all rejoice. But just have to pay **** tons for the legacy edition of the game to get it. That might be there compromise.

Yes you can have it, but you have to pay for it as a "free" item with the most expensive edition of the game, thus limiting how many players will actually have it.
 
Hopefully that means kids wont be playing it as they will be priced out of the game.

Part of me thinks this a genius plan anyway, the people that will want the old COD4 are the people who played it all those years ago, kids this days will play it and and probably hate and then go to the new game anyway.
 
Hopefully they'll drop the rest of the maps as free DLC, though I doubt they would do such a thing when there is money to be made!
 
I've lost interest in CoD since the futuristic setting, but I'd be all over a MW4 re-master. Especially with the multiplayer, hopefully they'll release the re-master on its own.
 
We all have ourselves to blame for the state of games and added content. Hell I remember the Gears creator falling out with MS as he wanted all DLC to be free to keep people playing the game and not selling it on. Seems like decades ago now.

Suckered in by the Activi$ion marketing team. They've put the bait on the hook and you've gone and taken it.

Even if we do get online included with MW then it's going to have the poor netcode that comes with the game now so it won't be half as much fun. The reason older CODs are remembered so well is because the ran superbly online.
 
And cod 4 became crap when they brought out the bump to making sniping easy. That's the reason loads of us stopped playing the game. The line of sight in some of those maps is huge with loads of sniping points ala crossfire. Imagine those maps now with the practice people have sniping.
 
I'm definitely surprised that MP is included in MW Remastered. But it won't make me buy it as I don't think it'll be much fun with a limited player base.

ill take 10 mw maps and gameplay over the new crap floaty flying modding customizing rubbish which we get at the minute even if it came with 50 maps


infact i can safely say i will prob not even play the new one multiplayer and just do the single campaign and then play mw until i die lol
