One of those fancy exhaust systems with a flapper, switches between loud and quiet on a remote, the plan is to wire it into the sport mode on the gearbox.

Basically a chavvy exhaust but that doesnt drone constantly when you dont want it to, me mate decided to do the simple thing and cut the muffler off and ended up with the car sounding like your common or garden decked 306 with a scaffolding pipe for an exhaust.

There's probably a more technical name for it but thats what i've heard it referred to around here
