The descent, not a great horror film, but a great British horror film, if that makes sense
It makes sense but Im not sure if I would want to watch it just because its british.
Im surprised we dont have more good horrors, we have a very long history and some scary places, someone could make some good indie horror movies.

I think Insidious is one of the best horror films ever, so that is setting the bar a bit high for anything else to reach.

Descent's actually a really good film. Not a classic, but neither are OP's mentions (especially Insidious). Definitely worth seeing.
The night vision bit was great 
It is a good film, but aside from a few creepy bits and two or three jump scares, it isn't that 'horror' like.
I hate horror films, but have watched The Woman In Black about three times.
I think we should have passed it by now, we have some great locations and history to work into stories, plus they dont need big starts or directors,
Thats why I was wondering if anyone knew of any good British Horror movies but I guess it something we are not interested in or good at.
