Im sure the more inteligent of you on here will correct me if i am wrong.
But is it not against the electrol commision rules to publish an exit poll whilst the official polls are still open.
This thread is effectivly an exit poll as it is showing how other forum members have voted.
And therefore may influence how others vote.
And is that not against the rules ?

seems I moved to a civilised district, no stupid exit poll people. no posters, flags or anything else up by either side anywhere near polling station. a bit different from where I used to live.

Explain to me how leaving the EU will result in more affordable property prices...

Ok, less people plus addition of new builds going up around the uk. The rent economy demand drops, thus forcing owners to drop rent to keep the regular income. Then from that follows actual prices.

And before you say but people will loose money, the Next property they buy would have dropped just as much so the difference deficit is the same. No actual loss.

Imo

The only one that get to decide if the UK had a referendum, is the UK. The EU has zero say on this. Short of an EU army invading and occupying the country.

For now. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a ban on "populist" referenda in the next treaty.

voted out at 7am this morning

was surprised at the queue

Nice steady flow of People out voting at that time too. I'd say the majority looked like they had remain written all over their Face.

Their choice, their loss, but I don't want to listen when their choice fails them

Pretty sure a public forum thread on a gaming site wouldn't really be effected b those rules...?

I don't want it. It's £6000 ish a year, most of it goes to the wealthy big farms who know how to milk the system for it, whilst the poor struggling farms get their tiny bit.

You have to jump through hoops and fill endless forms for it too.

poor struggling farms should diversify rather than keep on moaning and struggling. So much opportunity for farmers to make a killing, yet only a small portion actually get up and change what they do.

Less immigrants and less investors. Articles found by Google has a consensus that the property prices could drop if the result is a leave.

Immigrants are NOT responsible for high property prices. We are the ones who are guilty of it by not building enough houses and government policy.

House prices won't fall massively, it's in whatever government is in power to keep them high. Think of all those people with 80-90% mortgages, if house prices drop by 10%+ they will be in negative equity (or very close to being)

You are correct (assuming the Rep of the People Act extends to referenda), I've flagged this already but it just gets lost in the myriad of abuse between platypus and McstylisT (and the other tit-for-tat comments of others). OCUK should really make the poll results invisible until 10pm when the polls close.

“publish” means make available to the public at large, or any section of the public, in whatever form and by whatever means;

what rubbish.
and this is what i've noticed with the campaign. both official campaign bodies have been terrible.
but by and large on an individual level. its the leavers pushing scaremongering, lies and deceit.

and who says our choices will fail. how do you know what we want to happen.
and also who ever wins they will fail. not everything goes 100% our way in either case. just an absolutely stupid comment.

All people voting remain should be forced to house and feed 2 turks each when they start to flood into the country.

Haha,Could you imagine in after few months after staying in, our wonderful government said,Okay were taking in more "Economic migrants" and those with spare empty bedrooms need to take one in and give him shelter..:D

I know it wouldn't happen but, that would be funny. :D

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA SO FUNNY LOL

So those with a good life and earning a decent wage want to keep the status quo whilst those struggling under Tory austerity who are low paid want change? I'm shocked. Oh wait, you were just insinuating that out voters are idiots, nvm.

And then the next post is....

Come on VOTE LEAVE !!!! Let's make Britain GREAT again. It's time for change !!!!!

Lots of admiration for fellow leavers. Your Country is proud of you.

Evidence based assumptions maybe? :p
