It seems that satisfaction with the EU is generally at quite a low ebb, if we remain I wonder if any other countries will still move toward having a referendum of their own.

House prices won't fall massively, it's in whatever government is in power to keep them high. Think of all those people with 80-90% mortgages, if house prices drop by 10%+ they will be in negative equity (or very close to being)

Indeed decreased number of property sales before the referendum was a result of fear of negative equity. Getting caught by a price drop like this, is just as bad as getting caught by a flooding issue.
