Never understood the mentallity to think you can "lose" on a personal level in a referendum. This isn't a game for Gaben's sake. It's a political vote.

If the country democratically votes to go against your opinion that's how the cookie crumbles. You only lose if you don't vote at all.

A lot of older people at my polling station complaining that it was too far away. I agree.

Bookies still strongly favour a remain win. They are rarely wrong, and people are usually afraid change anyhow. That being said, if you always do what you've always done, you always get what you've always gotten. So far that's a fat bumbling excessive Europe, and I'm a pro European.

What I'd like to see is more democracy in this country. Not quite Swiss style, but something not far off.

To be honest, I do find it a bit weird that you just walk in, give your name and address, and that's it, you can vote.

Not always a wise thing to do, but placed a couple of bets on this, within the same category, so should not really be out of pocket, chat adviser told me I could bet from the same categories. £20 aint the end of the world, worst scenario I lose the lot, middle of the road I will only be £3.75 down if the one I don't want to win actually does.

Result will be announced Breakfast time tomorrow, I believe. Will they also announce the turnout?
