The pound shot up after 10pm so was over-inflated, probably so traders could make some money on the uncertainty. Yes it's fallen a lot, but it will stabilise pretty quickly.

That would be a worthy point, if the pound hadn't fallen to its lowest point in over 30 years...;)

I look forward to the Leave manifesto on how we conduct leaving the EU and more importantly how control is moved to the 'UK' and how relations will be formed with the EU and the wider world.

I wonder if membership of the EFTA will be even considered? Well after the consideration of the health of the EU.

Good morning all.
All I can say is **** ...............

Markets are down all over the world. This is going to be a bloodbath.

What good is democracy when the vast vast majority of the demographic have literally no idea of the consequences of what they've just voted for?!?!

I think they understood perfectly well that voting leave meant their will to wanting to leave would be sent to the elected government to carry out.

I was leaning towards leave for most of the campaign although I wavered to remain several times. In the end I had a bit of a change of heart and voted remain (quite a bit to my surprise).

Unless someone has figured out a way to paddle the UK to a different continent, we'll be staying in Europe for a considerable time to come.

Wouldn't surprise me if the leave campaign cracked it though, amongst the rest of the fantasy they've been peddling.

been a long night - brain wasn't in gear

going to be a long day at work

Major overreaction from many people in the Remain camp, nobody knows exactly what will happen, there's a long and complex process ahead of us.

I'm not convinced Cameron will go imminently at all...

Bored of hearing about Scotland, if they want to leave, just go.

Unfortunately there is also a huge amount of misinformation being spouted from leave campaigners. As usual neither side is "better".
