Cameron needs to come out with an uplifting speech.
Astonished and surprised. I didn't think the people of the UK would have the stomach for it but seems it did. Shame on those who didn't vote.
Just got a call from work and I'm going in 2 hours early. The shock on the financial markets is more severe than the one that occurred after Lehman collapsed in 2008. All I can say is good luck to you all, particularly those low skilled, high schooled educated voters who supported Leave overwhelmingly.![]()
Not sure exactly but people in reddit suggesting it's already broken 1.2x and falling. It will probably rise again but short term prices are going to skyrocket
It wouldn't be crashing as bad if Remain didn't constantly talk down the economy incase of brexit, they should have just put the positive case forward but mope when with Project Fear, what a bunch knobheads.
Brexit, love it

I was using http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business...erling-surge-or-slump-as-the-eu-referendum-c/
Which suggests 1.34, alongside the BBC.
Why shame on those who didn't vote? Some of us are neutral. I don't mind either result and didn't vote. I could see positives and negatives of each.
Not sure if serious?
You think trading algorithms are reacting to the negativity of the remain campaign, as opposed to what they factually stated would happen?
I imagine petrol will go up pretty sharpish since oil is traded in dollars.
Because traders get their data from the BBC and Daily Mail, rather than independent analysis they pay significant sums for?
This statement just shows how out of touch you are with the financial system.
OK so hands up whose job could be chaos today *raises hand*
Imagine what it'll be like on the market floor :s funds going to lose millions.
