Shambles? Do you not agree with the democratic outcome?
But only for half the country, quality indeed.![]()
Well true im not that knowlagable about business stuff like tax, the way i read this.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value-added_tax_(United_Kingdom)#History
When i said that VAT was a EU thing (as in we switched to it in 1973) as in i mean it was from joining the EU, replacing what we used to have which was purchase tax.
So i dunno if that is all correct but all i said was that being in the EU we were using VAT which was a EU thing. Now that we will be leaving i said we could adjust it like lower it a bit, based on someone elses post about something. I never said it would be removed or changed i just said it could. So why the hate on me for this i dunno.
Wondering whether I should go through with my house purchase now......
Do we think Cameron will actually take us out on a 2% majority?

Congratulations all those who fought the good fight whilst being shouted down for being a 'racist knuckle dragger' for the last 4 months.
The UK will recover. Short term pain / long term gain. Have some faith and work together.
I'm glad I don't have a mortgage. Good luck to those on a variable rate.
It's going to suck when it's just England and Wales left. Goodbye to the Scotch and NORN IRON.
I look forward to a hospital a week. When's that starting?
