Any update on the MSI 1080 Gaming X yet? Start of the week all pre orders were expected to be cleared. I was 35th in the queue on Wednesday but other posts on here seem to say that will have gotten worse with people swapping.

I was 7th in line and it doesnt look like its shipped today

EVGA lost out on my sale, had the preorder for FTW but after weeks of waiting and nothing confirmed, i had to change to the Gigabyte G1 Gaming card, luckily i think they got new stock of some of these today as my order was just shipped!!

Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow

We'd need a lot more than 100 to clear orders and yes stronger means more volume shipping.

Im back as well in the UK and can confirm the above is correct.

Mid/late next week SC and FTW cards on GTX1080 and SC on GTX1070 will land with major UK clients.

I was 9th on Wednesday and I'm now 22nd so people swapping are definitely pushing others down the queue. Fingers crossed for a big shipment of these early next week!

I currently have 2 msi gaming x versions on order. I am going to put under water would i really see any gains over FE? Considering to just go for FE cards now.

I know both these things, however more volume doesn't really tell people anything as its not a number they can relate to queue position. Are you or evga not able to confirm rough figures still? 20 cards next week followed by 30 the following week is more volume, but that's entirely different to 100 next week followed by 200 the following week.

Got me wondering if the delay is not just down to shortages and the companies deciding to make small adjustments to improve overclocking capabilities of there FTW. I am not sure they can rework things at this late stage.

The Aero was in stock elsewhere a couple of days ago, so MSI are definetly getting stock out. Guess it just depends on when OcUK's shipment arrives.

wishful thinking... there supposed to be plenty MSI Gaming x 1080 this week.. Not only there weren't any but people swapping to MSI pushed others down the queue. Looks like MSI is as bad as EVGA.
