As much as people love him or hate him he gets heard. That little outburst at the EU really fired things up and may have made a few people realise a few things that they have stuck their heads in the sand about.

The untouchables are maybe not so untouchable....

he's still an MEP, he's still going to pop up on the news, we heard from him quite recently in the European parliament and we may well hear from him again....

I'm not sure what people expect - the leave campaign isn't a government, they've not just won a general election, Nigel is still just an MEP in a party that only has one MP in the UK parliament... he's not in government and he doesn't have much power.

Shame on you! :mad::rolleyes::p:o

He has done a brilliant job in getting his political life goal, unlike Nicky, and Marx. His legacy will go down in great British history as one of the greatest.

Only time will tell whether he goes down in history as a hero or the man who destroyed the 5th largest economy in the world...........

When? Where did he look stunned? I'm not sure he was expecting to be involved :confused:

Mr Farage responded: “I just don’t understand these people – they will never give me credit for anything.

"I have tried for nearly a year to work with these people and fight on a common agenda and they don’t want to know.”

He looked genuinely stunned to be frozen out of official negotiations. I lolled.

Me too. I had a lot of enjoyment in that. It was like Ralph wiggum when they replay the very moment that Lisa breaks his heart :D

He's been played and used, and now his usefulness is at an end. Not nice, but then neither is he.

Was that directly in regards to him being surprised at not being a negotiator though (source if so pls as I'm interested) or a general comment on being sidelined?

I don't know what he was thinking if he assumed they'd want him involved.

Lib Dems sent him a memo about real politics, he thought it was Project Fear.
