Far from it, he has been fighting his point for the past 20+ years. He just said he will see through the negotiation process and continue working as an MEP till it is done. And will make sure that we either fully pull out with no deal or get a decent deal. He has gone as far as he can in terms of the job he set out to do, he is not an MP so there is only so much he can do. Far from being spineless.

That is far from being a spineless whelp like Cameron.

Agree, I don't like him but he is very good at engineering opportunities for himself. Love the fact he just said he was experienced in Brussels, he never goes!
