I would be genuinely appalled if that were to happen and he just said he is leaving as he is not a career politician so he will be as much of a hypocrite as Gove if he joins the conservatives in the Lords and then accepts a position in Government.

I was against another referendum, despite being strongly remain, but I really think we need another one as the rats deserting the sinking ship is a clear indication they have ****** us over.

What do you want him to do? It's plain as day that the Conservative Government is not going to offer him any substantiative role in the negotiations. He wasn't even in the Vote Leave campaign after all. He isn't an MP and his party and he have achieved the goal he has been working toward for the better part of 20 years.
He is no doubt going to remain a voice in UK political life but is stepping down to let some else pick up the UKIP mantle he's done his shift.
He's ranked 745th out of 746 for attendance which is only 40%. Imagine if you could only turn up to work 40% of the time and still get paid, never mind have any influences.
And yet he has gained thousands of followers on the back of his claims that Europe is a beast that we have no say in etc etc when part of the problem is that our MEP's don't turn up to give us a say. I don't know if he's just really clever or people are just really stupid.
It was going to happen, cant be held responsible for when things go wrong if he steps down.
Do what you want to do, grab your stuff then dash. Let someone else take the fall.

He and UKIP as a whole have an appalling attendance and voting record they could have worked with Europe to represent the electorate but instead have chosen to take the money and laze about. Defending his attendance record is frankly odd, if my MP had a similar attendance record I would be writing to them to let them know how disappointed I was!

Thank you Nigel Farage for fooling the UK thinking problems laid with immigration. When in reality the problem was actually with the UK British born people and always has been.
