He chucked a grenade in the economy and ran away, like virtually every high profile member of the Leave side.

Boris - ran for Tory Party leader, didn't have enough support so pulled out;
Andrea Leadsom - running for Tory Party leader;
Michael Gove - running for Tory Party leader.

Doesn't exactly look like running away to me.

Dunno quite what you're expecting from Farage - as an MEP from a member state that's leaving the EU there isn't much he can do there. He's not going to be involved in the Tory Party leadership contest is he? I guess this is just more of the hysteria Boris was talking about.

The government had a clear position on the referendum - Remain. Just as with the Scottish referendum, it's for those arguing for the alternative position to come up with a clear vision of what the alternative they're arguing for looks like. Instead we got a mixture of lies and unicorn-wishes and, as is abundantly obvious now, now a single one of the significant Leave leaders has a clue what to do next.

In the Scottish referendum, the SNP were given access to civil service resources to come up with a plan, despite the government having a clear position which was Better Together. I think questions need to be asked about why Vote Leave weren't afforded the same courtesy.

I wouldn't say it's such a leap when she could easily have just ruled it out, and when she's backed by Arron Banks. They could easily make him a Lord so he could serve in a future cabinet (Lord Farage - *vomits profusely*).

Brilliant, Arron Banks is backing her. This guy offshored a load of UK jobs to South Africa last year to save money. The last thing we need is for him to have the means to apply pressure to the government.

Boris never even bothered to run, how can you say he didn't have enough votes if he never even ran?

In my next campaign i'm going to promise everyone a unicorn. If I win the government will have to implement a plan to give everyone a unicorn... Even though they don't exist.... But they will somehow have to find a way to give it everyone

There are plenty of detailed Brexit plans Boris could subscribe to if he wanted, but why focus on him so much, the Government called the referendum and should have a plan for either of the two results. If they weren't serious about the potential for leaving then why call the referendum.

Seriously? The referendum was to stop Tory voters switching to UKIP so Dave could win the general election - everyone knows that. Unfortunately the government's confidence that people would decide based on the facts proved to be somewhat misplaced.

She is starting to concern me more that Gove she seems like a bit of a nut job and is surrounding herself with dodgy characters!

I said he didn't have enough support, no votes have been cast yet. After Gove went all Game of Thrones on Boris it became apparent that his leadership campaign was doomed.

More hysteria :rolleyes:

I have heard some horrible stories about him from reliable sources. I would love to share but would most likely receive a letter from his solicitors :rolleyes:
If he is backing Leadsom then I would never vote Conservative in a GE if she becomes leader.

Ah, okay, should we not be concerned about the Gove of Thrones incident?

Also learn the definition of hysteria as you keep highlighting posts which are not hysterical but comical :D

She cleverly dodges question like all politicians when asked about freedom of movement she said she believes we will have tariff free trade with the EU without freedom of movement. Note the selective' tariff free trade' that could be satisfied by a single agreement to let us export goats testicles without tariff she didn't dare say we would get access to the free trade area without freedom of movement.

Comparing leaving the EU to a mythical creature. Yep, not hysterical at all :rolleyes:

I think your confusing my point. I was merely using satire to point out how the government are supposed to implement brexit in the leave campaigns form when its clearly impossible. An example being the £350 million to the nhs when that money is now going to have to be used for various other things.
