I wasnt alive in the Blitz and those that were just in the majority voted out looks like. Bankers pay taxes, the business that pays them also pays a lot of tax, thats not destructive afaik

The Conservatives are never going to do that. They've destroyed adult learning services since taking power. They'd rather spend any spare money on cutting corporation tax again.

And I don't see how the Conservatives are going to lose an election in the near future if UKIP voters return home to the Conservative party.

You'd think he has a pretty limited circle of engagements given his ability to offend and his crowd polarising opinions. I certainly wouldn't stay in the room if he was paid to speak at an event I was attending.

Working in education I know. T2G funding being ended has been disastrous.

The biggest single piece of damage to the education sector done to young people was the removal of EMA which was easily affordable.

I hope you are wrong of course.
 
Sorry, forgot to include :p at the end of my post, which should clarify the matter.

I am in no way advocating stabbing Farage. I stand by my earlier comments that he should be forced through a fine mesh. :)

(Not seen your post history in this thread so not sure if this is serious or not. Assuming serious.)

59.8% of people in London are white.

44.9% are white British. While that is technically a minority (<50%) it is by far the largest single group. The next largest groups are Other white (12.6%) and African (7%).

Also, I don't think white Brits fit the definition of a minority group:

Minority group is a term referring to a category of people differentiated from the social majority, i.e., those who hold the majority of positions of social power in a society, and may be defined by law.

Apart from in some small areas, white brits are definitely the social majority.
 
It's probably been stated by many others already but, meh.

I think his politics are ridiculously destructive and archaic. I have never and will never side with someone who believes segregation and disassociation amongst people is in anyway a good thing. But I admired his reserve and drive.

He had an idea of what might be best for the country and he strived and bled for it (to an extent). Fair play to him.

Any of the people want to withdraw their earlier remarks at him leaving? I doubt they have the moral conscience too.

This also shown by the total ineptitude of the police who are not dealing with threats of having his daughters raped either...
